About these terms

These terms describe use of CM Tool Hub's public resources and expert directory. Contact contact@cmtoolhub.com with questions.

Using the resources

The site offers prompts and guides for general creative and educational use. You are responsible for checking facts, obtaining permissions for assets, reviewing AI output, and complying with platform rules and applicable law. Do not use the site to distribute unlawful material, infringe rights, misrepresent identities, disrupt services, or attempt unauthorized access.

Prompts and intellectual property

For material the operator owns or is authorized to license, you may copy and adapt prompts for your own creative projects, including commercial projects, subject to any specific notice accompanying the material. This permission does not grant rights to third-party photographs, screenshots, brands, articles, or example videos, and does not authorize republishing the site's collection as your own library.

AI output may require additional review and permissions; access to a prompt does not guarantee ownership, exclusivity, or clearance of its output.

Expert listings and outside services

Expert cards are sponsored placements. Featured placement indicates purchased visibility, not an independent ranking, professional certification, or guarantee of results. Visitors contact experts directly and should assess services and terms before making commitments. Agreements for an expert's services are between the visitor and that expert; CM Tool Hub does not deliver those services on their behalf.

Listing enquiries and bookings

A listing enquiry does not reserve a position or create a booking. Availability, price, duration, publication dates, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms must be agreed separately before payment. No automatic renewal or refund policy is created by these terms.

Each country has one Featured position and four Standard positions. A Global Featured booking also occupies the expert's own country's Featured position during its active dates. It does not require a separate country purchase. Listings are limited to the expert's profile country. Listings depend on approval, active status, and the agreed start and end dates.

Experts must provide accurate details, have authority to publish their profile material, and notify us of corrections. We may withhold or suspend material that is unlawful, misleading, or violates the agreed listing terms, subject to applicable law and the booking agreement.

Availability and limitations

Content and services may be updated, corrected, or interrupted. We do not promise earnings, views, monetization approval, or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, resources are provided without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Read our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. Report concerns or rights issues to the contact email above, including the relevant URL and enough information for us to investigate.

Changes

The operator may update these terms with an appropriate notice where required. Existing paid bookings remain subject to their agreed terms and applicable law; changes should not silently replace those agreements.
