Who we are

CM Tool Hub provides AI video master prompts, creator guides, and a sponsored expert directory. Contact us at contact@cmtoolhub.com about privacy or your information.

Information we receive

  • Enquiries: When you use the listing enquiry form or email us, we receive your name, email, country, preferred package, services, languages, profile link, and any optional WhatsApp number, preferred dates, or message you provide. Form submissions are stored privately for administrator review and manual follow-up; they are not published automatically.
  • Expert listings: We store profile information supplied for a listing, including your name, country, photo, biography, services, languages, and public contact links. Approved listing information is visible to visitors. Please supply only information you are authorized to publish.
  • Technical information: Hosting, database, and security providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, and error logs when delivering and protecting the site.
  • Administrator access: The site uses administrator authentication and session cookies. Visitors do not need an account to read guides or copy prompts, and there is no public registration.

Do not send passwords, financial account credentials, or sensitive personal information in a listing enquiry.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, manage agreed listings, display authorized expert profiles, operate the website, investigate misuse, and meet applicable obligations.

Service providers and public information

Supabase supports the database, image storage, administrator authentication, and private enquiry storage. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to protect the enquiry form from automated abuse. The operator's hosting and email providers may also process information needed to deliver their services. Listing images and public contact details can be viewed, copied, or indexed once published; removing a listing does not guarantee removal of third-party copies.

We do not operate a public payment checkout on this site. If a separate payment provider is used for a listing, its privacy notice and checkout terms apply to its processing.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The site uses administrator session cookies. When configured, Google Analytics 4 starts automatically on public pages unless you have opted out. You can turn it off through Analytics preferences at the bottom of a public page. It measures public page visits and actions such as copying prompts and opening expert links. We send public content identifiers, page paths, referring website origins, and selected campaign labels, not enquiry fields, contact URLs, or search-query text. Google may also process technical information such as browser/device details and network information. Analytics cookies may be stored while analytics is enabled. Your preference is saved in this browser; use Analytics preferences at the bottom of a public page to change it. Declining after acceptance reloads the page to stop the loaded tag and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies. There are no advertising scripts. External images embedded in guides may send a request, including technical information, to their host. Opening WhatsApp, social, or other external links takes you to providers with their own policies.

Retention and security

We keep information for the purposes described above, for as long as needed to operate the service, manage listing agreements, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Access to administration is restricted, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Enquire by email if you want a listing corrected or removed from public display.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also be entitled to complain to the relevant privacy authority. Contact us using the email above; we may need proportionate information to verify the request.
